Cookies N' Cream Cookies

You can't ever have too much cookie in one cookie.

COOKIES N' CREAM COOKIES

1/2 cup butter {one stick at room temperature}
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp real vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 1/2 cup flour
2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 bag OREOS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream the butter at room temperature until it is light and fluffy.
Then cream the sugars with the butter.
Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
Mix the soda, salt, and powder.
Add 1 cup flour and mix, then slowly add the rest.
Slowly add a few OREOS at a time and mix in with a Kitchenaid.
If you don't have a Kitchenaid, I suggest lightly crushing them first on a cookie sheet,
and then stirring them in.
Also, stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop balls of dough onto cookie sheet and bake for about 7 min.
The middle of the cookies will look slightly undone, but leave on the cookie sheet for several minutes.
They will finish cooking from the heat of the pan, but not overcook in the oven.
Remove from pan with a spatula and set on a cooling rack.
Try not to eat them all at once!

And you still have 1/2 a bag of OREOS to enjoy too!
Never too much of a good thing.

But the real question is, which side are you on?
Cookies or Cream?
