If I am doing this detox correctly
{and I sincerely hope I am}
Day Four consisted of drinking at least three glasses of milk, and eating...
EIGHT
that's right I said
Nope, then there's....

1 head of green cabbage
7 carrots
8 stalks of celery
2 onions
a bag of frozen corn
lots of garlic
48+ ounces of water
salt and pepper
and lots of ginger
This was just my personal recipe.
It really is anything goes.
Pick your favorite veggies.
Cover them in water.
Add your seasonings.
Voila!
Aunt Janet is doing to detox challenge with us and she put peppers in hers.
Her house smells delicious.
I almost ate her couch.
Anyway, today was great.
I felt really good.
I still can't convince Richard that COCOA BEANS and SUGAR CANE
are in fact naturally growing vegetables.
He is trying to convince me that peanuts are vegetables too.
I think we are both glad that this is over half-way over.
We both weighed in today.
Richard has lost over 4 pounds
and I have lost 6 pounds.
We aren't too worried about the weight, but if you were curious...
now you know!
It feels great, but we are already planning our "day after meal"
I really am glad to just get my body back in check.
Teaching my body how natural foods taste,
and they are really becoming more and more delicious.
I haven't had sugar, besides honey, or MEAT since Sunday!
That all changes tomorrow.
What's on the menu?
20 ounces of BEEF!
Sleep tight Bessie... I'll be seeing you in the morning...
{and I sincerely hope I am}

So there you have it.
Our Banana Breakfast cereal.
Two bananas drowning in milk.
{Richard prefers cinnamon}
Oh but that's not all.
Who would eat just bananas all day?!
I mean, That's RIDICULOUS!
