Better Rice Krispie Treats

Thank Gimme Some Oven.
This is HER idea.

{I just made it sweeter}

6 T butter
1 bag large marshmallows
1/3 c yellow cake mix
6 c rice krispies cereal
lots of sprinkles {optional, but recommended}

Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
Add the marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add yellow cake mix {just the powder, mind} about 1 T at a time,
stirring between each T to sure it really gets dissolved.
Take a big deep breath through the nose because it smells incredible.
Stir in rice krispies and sprinkles.
Put into a 9X10 greased pan and press down with greased wax paper to flatten.

These are better than the krispies treats you can buy already made at the store!
