Debby's Cracker Jack Popcorn

1 cup butter
2 c brown sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat.
Add the brown sugar, molasses, cream of tartar, and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add baking soda.

Stir over a large bowl of popped popcorn.
