Detox

I am going to put a pause on updating my recipes.
{I know I don't have very many posted anyway... patience.}

But I am in the mood for a very much needed DETOX.
I just love saying that word.
I'm not on a diet, I'm doing a DETOX.


ten glasses of daily water,
eight bananas,
six tomatoes,
four steaks,
one week to a better me!


I just imagine 28 years of build up in my body going away!
The best part is that I convinced my husband, Richard
and Aunt Janet to do it with me.

I fully intend on looking just like this woman when I'm done.
{Just as soon as I find some pickle colored high heels to go with my pickle colored leotard.}




Nothing Is Impossible
This lady also posted her take on the diet with details and has a side photo of her intimidatingly ripped abdominal muscles to prove that she knows what she is talking about.
