Orange Creamsicle Cookies

I saw and pinned a great recipe for Orange Creamsicle Cookies.
Except it was one of those pins that the link doesn't work.

So I had to figure it out.
My curiosity was killing me.

I took a recipe of my sister's for White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies,
and added orange zest.

ORANGE CREAMSICLE COOKIES

1 c butter at room temperature
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c white sugar {i like unrefined, call me a hippie}
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 bag white chocolate chips
orange zest from 1 large orange or 3 clementine oranges
1 c coarsely chopped macadamia nuts {optional}

Cream butter and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, soda, and salt and mix through.
Stir in white chocolate chips, and orange zest {and nuts if you want them}
bake at 350 for about 7-9 minutes.
If the edges get brown it is too long.
Leave on hot cookie sheet for at least two minutes to finish cooking.
Place on cooling rack and eat them all gone.

Everytime I make these, the batches disappear.
I mean I literally don't know where they all go.
I've been asked for this recipe a lot.
So now I'm sharing it.
Yeah for oranges!
