Nutella Stuffed Cookies

Raise your hand if you like Nutella.

Ok, now just tell me, did you raise your hand?
Obviously I don't know if you did or didn't.

I've seen a lot of recipes for cookies like this,
but none of them were made with my favorite chocolate chip cookies recipe
So here's mine.

NUTELLA STUFFED COOKIES

1/2 cup butter {one stick at room temperature}
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp real vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 cups flour
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 small jar Nutella, REFRIGERATED (you won't remotely use the whole thing)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whip butter until light and fluffy.
Add in sugar and whip together until smooth.
Add eggs one at a a time, and then vanilla.
Add soda, salt, powder and flour slowly.
Stir in chocolate chips.

Next take a ball of dough and scoop it onto your cookie sheet,
just like you would to make normal cookies,
EXCEPT in the end they will be twice as big, so space them out more.

After you spoon your balls of cookie onto the pan,
you will take a small spoonful on Nutella and place in the middle of the flattened dough.

Then you will take another spoonful of dough and roll it and flatten it with your palm,
then place it on top of the Nutella.
So it's a cookie dough-Nutella Oreo,
Not really, but if that helps you.

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Then you will have to let them sit on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes until cool.
Remove to a cooling rack and wait until they are really cooled before breaking into them.

Of course, there isn't any harm in eating a nice warm one,
but I just have to warn you that it's messy.
The most blissful messy you will ever eat.
